We are looking the candidate who are experienced in Voice Process for medical billing in US Healthcare industry. Job Responsibilities:
1. Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physician for claim status
2. Receiving patients calls i.e. Appointment Scheduling, re-scheduling or cancellation and any other concerns.
3. Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims
4. Handle Inbound and Outbound calls
5. Handle out-bound call to resolves patient billing issues
6. Strong knowledge in Patient calling
7. Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards
8. Work cohesively in a team setting, Assist team members to achieve shared goals
9. Communication / Issue escalation to seniors if there is any in a timely manner
