We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals for the RCU Manager position to join our team in Telangana.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Risk Control Unit (RCU) checks and investigations for secured loan cases.
- Verify customer profiles, residence, business, property, and supporting documents.
- Identify potential fraud risks, discrepancies, and suspicious activities in loan applications.
- Conduct field investigations and coordinate with Sales, Credit, and other internal teams.
- Prepare detailed RCU reports and ensure compliance with company policies.




- Support fraud prevention and risk mitigation for HL and LAP portfolios.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in RCU, fraud investigation, or field verification within an NBFC or banking sector.
- Experience in secured lending products, particularly Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP), is preferred.
- Solid investigation, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field investigations.
- Candidates with relevant Telangana market knowledge will be preferred.
