Nishant

Gupta, an Ayurvedic physician with 15+ years of clinical practice. His health videos have built an audience of 5M+ across Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, and WeShuddhs began with a question people kept asking him: "Doctor sahab, which products can we actually trust?" Our answer is doctor-formulated, "pakke wala desi" Ayurveda: Suamla, Srimal, Vakai Chyawanprash, Sarang Honey and more. We've been featured in Times of India, NDTV, India Today and ANI.

Why this role matters

Video is how most of our customers first meet Dr. Gupta and the brand. You'll work on content that reaches millions of Indian families, with a founder whose audience trusts him. You'll be shooting and cutting in a warm, desi, family-first tone, not a cold pharma look. Your work will directly shape how people see WeShuddhs.

About the role

We're looking for a Video Editor / Videographer who can handle a video from start to finish: planning the shot, filming it, cutting it and getting it ready to publish. You'll work closely with the content and marketing team, and your videos will go out regularly across our social channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes shooting as much as editing and wants to see their work reach a real audience.

What you'll do

- Shoot and edit Reels, Shorts and long-form videos for our Instagram, YouTube and Facebook pages
- Find the hook in raw footage, set the pace and cut videos that people watch to the end
- Add motion graphics, animated text, transitions and sound design
- Shoot in our studio and on location, handling lighting, sound, framing and camera gear




- Plan shoots with the content team and turn ideas and scripts into finished videos
- Keep up with the formats, trends and audio that are working on social media, and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Design thumbnails that get clicks
- Use AI tools to speed up editing and content creation
- Manage your own project files, footage and delivery timelines

Must have

- Qualified editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro (any one is fine)
- Motion design: animated text, graphics and transitions (After Effects or similar)
- Hands-on shooting with cameras, lighting, gimbals and audio

Good to have

- Colour grading
- Photoshop or similar for thumbnails
- Experience with AI tools for editing and content creation

What we're looking for

- Strong creativity and storytelling skills
- Experience editing Reels, Shorts or YouTube videos for a brand or creator page
- A clear sense of what makes a Reel perform: the hook, the pacing, the audio
- The discipline to meet deadlines and work independently
- A portfolio or showreel. This is a must, and Reels you've made count

Who will do well here

- You watch a Reel and can say why it worked
- You're equally comfortable behind the camera and at the editing timeline
- You take feedback well and turn edits around quickly
- You like working on one brand's content and improving it over time

Work details

- Location: Gurgaon, on-site, 6 days a week
- Compensation: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and skills
