Roles & Responsibilities: The Sales tele-caller shall be responsible to handle the leads & doing calling Handle client inquiries and effectively manage incoming calls related to real estate sales. Schedule and conduct site visits, showcasing the features and advantages of each property to potential buyers. Keep records of calls & inquiries and note useful information. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a positive experience for both the buyer and the company. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings and promotional materials. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
