Job SummaryARC Technologies and Institutions is looking for an experienced and motivated Career Counsellor to guide students in choosing suitable career paths, provide counselling for IT training programs, and support students throughout their learning and placement journey.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students regarding career opportunities in IT, Data Analytics, Data Science, Full Stack Development, and other technical domains.
- Understand students’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and skilled aspirations.
- Explain training programs, course structures, career prospects, and placement support offered by ARC.
- Handle student and parent inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
- Convert prospective enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and communication.
- Maintain student enquiry records, follow-up reports, and admission databases.
- Coordinate with training and placement teams to provide relevant career guidance.




- Conduct career guidance sessions and assist students in understanding industry requirements.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents while ensuring a professional counselling experience.
- Required SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in career counselling, educational counselling, student admissions, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of IT courses, career opportunities, and current industry trends.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and student relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM or student management systems.
- Ability to achieve counselling and admission targets.
- Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in IT training institutes, EdTech companies, educational institutions, or placement consultancies will be preferred.
- A graduate in any discipline; relevant counselling or education experience is desirable.
