RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create 2D drawings and 3D models using software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD.
· Understanding of GD&T;, tolerances, and engineering drawing standards.
· Prepare and update Bill of Materials (BOM) and drawing records.
· Maintain design files and related technical documents properly.
· Help in preparing assembly drawings and simple design layouts.
· Make design changes as instructed by senior engineers.
· Work with the production and quality teams to solve design or manufacturing issues.
· Support vendors or suppliers by providing drawing or design details.
· Continuously improve design and CAD and software skills.
· Follow safety and quality practices in all tasks.
· Understanding of materials and manufacturing methods (Machining, sheet metal, cutting, welding, machining, etc.).
· Good teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related fields such as Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or Automobile Engineering).
· Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
· 1 TO 2 years' experience using Auto cad design or solid works.
· Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Positive communication (oral and written).
· Team coordination & cross-department collaboration (design–production–QA).
· Time management and attention to detail.
· Documentation discipline.
· Organized and have the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
