Hiring for a top E-commerce Customer care executive

Description -

1.⁠ ⁠Seller side support - Converse with Sellers on the phone and resolve the issues

2.⁠ ⁠⁠Abandon Cart/Customer Win back - Connect with sellers who have abandoned the cart and not bought a product / Engage with customers who haven't ordered on the site for a defined interval

Location - Hubli

Timing - 9 Hours shift between 8AM to 8PM

Working days - 6 days with Rotational week-off

Education - Minimum 12 pass

Experience - 6 months Customer support experience with valuable communication in english and hindi ( No MTI in Hindi)

Languages - Hindi and English

Salary - INR 12,000 to 15,000

Note - No Mother tongue influence
