Job Description

Pretty Writers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for creative, hardworking and multitasking candidates who are willing to work across Content Writing, Book Writing, Social Media Management and Sales.

We need individuals who are eager to learn, take responsibility and contribute to the company's growth. Candidates should be comfortable handling different assignments instead of limiting themselves to a single job profile.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Book Writing

- Write articles, blogs, website content and promotional content.
- Assist with book writing, rewriting, editing and proofreading.
- Create Hindi and English content for different audiences.
- Write social media captions, advertising copy and marketing scripts.

2. Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn content.
- Create social media posts and promotional creatives using Canva.
- Develop reel ideas, scripts and short-video content.
- Assist with basic video editing using CapCut or similar tools.
- Plan content calendars and maintain regular posting.
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for content creation.

3. Sales & Business Development

- Contact prospective customers and explain company services.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp and social media.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert enquiries into sales.
- Promote services such as book publishing,



ghostwriting, content writing, author branding and digital content creation.
- Maintain customer records and support business development activities.

Required Skills

- Good Hindi and/or English communication and writing skills.
- Interest in writing, content creation and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Canva, AI tools and video-editing software.
- Confidence in communicating with customers and handling sales enquiries.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn new skills.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum: 12th pass.
- Graduate candidates preferred.
- Freshers and interns can apply.
- Relevant work experience will be an advantage.

Salary Structure

- Fresher / Intern: ₹8,000–₹15,000 per month
- Junior Skilled: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
- Experienced Professional: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, writing quality, communication skills, sales ability and the number of responsibilities the candidate can handle independently.

Work Location

Gaur City Center, near Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida West.

This is a full-time, office-based position.

Important Requirement

We are specifically looking for candidates who are willing to handle all three areas: writing, social media management and sales. Applicants looking for a role restricted to only one of these functions may not be suitable.
