1. Remove burrs and sharp edges from CNC, VMC, and CNC Turning components.
2. Perform manual deburring using hand tools, files, scrapers, and abrasive tools.
3. Perform edge breaking, chamfering, and surface finishing as per drawing requirements.
4. Handle aerospace components carefully to avoid scratches, dents, and damage.
5. Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
6. Inspect components visually to ensure burr-free edges and proper finishing.
7. Use deburring tools and equipment safely.
8. Maintain cleanliness and 5S in the workstation.
