Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Calling: Interested customers ko call karna aur unki loan requirements ko samajhna.
2. Loan Information: Customers ko available loan options, eligibility criteria, required documents aur loan process ke baare mein information dena.
3. Customer Convincing: Customers ko professionally communicate karke loan services mein interest develop karna aur unhe process aage badhane ke liye guide karna.
4. Follow-ups: Interested customers ke saath regular follow-up calls karna aur loan application ki progress track karna.
5. Lead Management: Daily leads aur customer details ko Google Sheets mein accurately maintain aur update karna.
6. Documentation Support: Customers ko loan application ke liye required documents ki information dena aur documents collect karne ki process mein coordinate karna.
7. Daily Reporting: Daily calling records, interested leads, follow-ups aur conversions ki report maintain karna.
8. Target Achievement: Assigned calling targets aur performance goals ko achieve karne ke liye kaam karna.
