Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Loan Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire current customers, and assist them in selecting suitable loan products.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and other loan products.
- Contact potential customers through calls, references,
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Collect and verify customer documents, including KYC and income proof.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
- Follow up with customers regarding application status and pending documents.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
- RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales experience in banking, finance, loans, or NBFCs will be an advantage.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn can also apply.
