? Role Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Client Relationship Executive / WhatsApp Outreach Executive to manage customer communication, send bulk promotional campaigns, and generate leads using CRM software and WhatsApp messaging tools.

? Key Responsibilities:

* Run and manage bulk WhatsApp messaging campaigns using software like IntraCart, WA Sender, or AiSensy.

* Engage with potential wholesale buyers, international clients, and leads over WhatsApp and calls.

* Manage CRM data, update customer lead status, and maintain clean database logs.

* Follow up with prospective clients, share product details/catalogs, and resolve buyer queries promptly.

* Maintain high response rates and build strong, long-term relationships with customers.

?️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Basic knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Bulk Sender software (IntraCart / Interakt / AiSensy).

* Valuable communication skills in Hindi & basic written English (for WhatsApp chat).

* Computer literacy (MS Excel, Google Sheets, basic typing, and messaging tools).

* Prior experience in Telecalling, Client Support, or E-Commerce/WhatsApp Marketing is a plus.

* Minimum Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
