Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth and productive operation of plant machinery, equipment, and utilities. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and minimizing machine downtime while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
- Monitor machine performance and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, breakdown reports,



and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Inspect equipment regularly and identify potential failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, 5S, and company maintenance standards.
- Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance consumables.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when required.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement projects.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
