Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing property owner and tenant pipelines, building strong relationships, and achieving monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads and acquire property owners and tenants.
- Manage and follow up with property owners, tenants, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and support company growth.




- Coordinate property requirements, client inquiries, and site visits.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth client experience.
