Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the BDE sales team.
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, and client conversions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Train team members and improve sales performance.
- Track daily sales reports, attendance, and CRM updates.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Basic stock market knowledge preferred.
- Sales and team-handling experience preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary: Fixed Salary + 40% Incentives
