Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive with prior experience in the e-commerce industry. The candidate will manage recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee performance, and day-to-day HR operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle recruitment and hiring for Telecallers, Team Leaders, Account Managers, Sales Executives, and Back Office Executives.
- Manage the complete hiring process, including job posting, screening, interviews, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and salary data.
- Coordinate payroll processing, incentives, and performance records.
- Manage employee onboarding, training coordination, and documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline, and staff retention.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate with team leaders to achieve business targets.
- Maintain HR policies,



employee files, and company records.
- Ensure smooth HR operations in an e-commerce and tele-sales environment.
- Required SkillsMust have prior experience in HR, preferably in an e-commerce company.
- Experience in bulk hiring and tele-sales recruitment.
- Positive communication and team management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, attendance, and payroll systems.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet recruitment targets.
- Knowledge of HR policies and basic labour compliance.
- Preferred Candidate2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- E-commerce, marketplace services, BPO, or tele-sales industry experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
