Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, develop dealer and distributor networks, and manage business operations across an assigned territory.

The candidate will be based in Jaipur; however, the company will assign a separate state or region for sales operations. Frequent outstation travel is mandatory for market development, dealer/distributor visits, team management, and business expansion.

- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and expand the dealer, distributor, and retailer network in the assigned territory.
- Identify recent markets and business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Manage, guide, and monitor the regional sales team.
- Conduct regular market visits and joint field visits with team members.




- Develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales, market coverage, and outstanding payments.
- Track competitor activities and provide regular market feedback to management.
- Submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
- Travel frequently to the assigned state/region as required by business needs.
- Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Min 10 years in sales, preferably in regional, channel, or dealer/distributor sales.
- Experience in building materials, construction chemicals, adhesives, waterproofing, paints, hardware, or related industries preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
- Strong team management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to undertake frequent outstation travel and extended stays in the assigned territory.
- Comfortable being based in Jaipur while managing business operations outside Rajasthan, as assigned by the company.
