- Customer Visits: Travel to borrower locations to follow up on overdue and delinquent loan accounts.
- Payment Recovery: Collect dues, negotiate settlement terms, and ensure daily/monthly recovery targets are met.
- Qualified Communication: Educate customers on loan terms and the importance of timely repayments while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Reporting: Update collection status in the system and submit daily activity reports to branch or collection managers
