We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and patient-friendly Phlebotomist to manage blood sample collection, home visits, and daily diagnostic center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform blood sample collection at the center and patients’ homes.
- Ensure proper sample labeling, barcode scanning, handling, and timely dispatch.
- Manage daily center operations, cleanliness, and inventory.
- Handle patient registration, test bookings, and billing.
- Maintain daily cash, UPI transactions, and basic accounting records.
- Build valuable customer relationships and handle patient queries professionally.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff and home collection patients.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and biomedical waste disposal protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and submit daily reports to management.
