? Role: Customer Care Executive – Voice & Sales

? Qualification: 12th Pass & Above

? Experience: Freshers & Experienced (0–3 Years)

? CTC: ₹21,000–₹23,000/month

? Take-Home: Approx. ₹18,500–₹20,000

?️ Languages: English + Hindi / Kannada / Tamil / Malayalam (as per process requirements)

- ? Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and resolve banking-related queries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Identify customer needs and promote suitable banking products.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and follow company guidelines.

? Shift Timings? Male: 24/7 rotational shifts

? Female: 7 AM–7 PM shift window (9-hour shift)
