We are hiring a Sales & Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication, sales activities, lead generation, and customer support for our digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain company services and perks to customers.
- Generate new leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Assist customers with registration and platform-related enquiries.
- Promote company services and encourage customer registrations.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain daily calling reports and customer records.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer issues.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

- Fluent Telugu and basic English communication skills.
- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Must have a personal smartphone and active mobile connection.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and mobile applications.
- Ability to work independently and professionally.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage.

Employment Terms:

- This is a contract-based, part-time position.
