Set up and configure new desktop computers and laptops for office or project requirements.

Install and configure operating systems, drivers, software, and required applications.

•

Configure IP addresses, subnet masks, default gateways, and DNS settings as required.

•

Connect systems to wired or wireless networks and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues.

•

Install and configure printers and other computer peripherals.

•

Identify and resolve common desktop, laptop, operating system, software, and hardware issues.

•

Carry out basic system checks, updates, and routine maintenance to keep computers working properly.

•

Create or configure user accounts and assist with basic access and system setup requirements.

•

Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders (POs), quotations/BQs, and delivery challans (DCs), as required.

•

Coordinate material deliveries to client locations and follow up to help ensure timely delivery.

•

Maintain accurate records and support general documentation and administrative tasks when required.

•

Learn current tools, processes, products, and responsibilities as business and project needs change.
