Food & Beverage Supervisor – Duties & ResponsibilitiesSamsara River Resort & Spa
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including à la carte orders, buffet service, and guest handling.
- Wedding buffet management
- Ensure accurate order taking, timely food delivery, and proper billing through POS/KOT.
- Manage F&B; arrangements for weddings, parties, and other events.
- Coordinate with the chef, kitchen staff, front office, and event team.
- Supervise staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and service standards.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, beverage stock, crockery, breakage, and wastage.
- Ensure proper billing and authorization of complimentary items and discounts.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly.
- Maintain daily sales, consumption, and stock reports.
Reporting To: Operations Manager / Resort Management.
