Job Title: F&B; Associate (Food & Beverage Associate)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-friendly and energetic F&B; Associate to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and provide friendly customer service.

Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately.

Set up and clear tables before and after service.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.

Assist with food and beverage preparation when required.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.





Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints politely.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.

Maintain proper inventory and report stock requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass; hospitality experience is preferred.

Freshers can also apply.

Positive communication and customer service skills.

Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

Experience: 2–4 years

Salary: As per company standards and experience.
