Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive who has experience in the Interior Design, Property or Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will manage marketing campaigns generate high-quality leads enhance online visibility and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Carry out digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn and others.

· Improve Google Ads and Meta Ads to focus on lead generation.

· Run SEO and social media marketing strategies.

· Oversee engaging content for social media and digital channels.

· Produce and nurture leads for design and property-related projects.

· Carry out market research analyze competitors and study target audiences.

· Monitor campaign. Adjust strategies to improve CPL, CTR, CPA, conversion rates and ROAS.

· Track website traffic, lead numbers and conversions using Google Analytics and Search Console.

· Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Design and Content teams to boost quality and increase conversions.

· Keep records of leads and campaign data in CRM or PMS systems.

· Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing performance.





· Handle marketing budgets and ensure spending is used effectively.

· Stay informed about trends in digital marketing, platform changes and industry shifts.

Required Skills

· Solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation.

· Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite and other marketing tools.

· Positive knowledge of how to market Interior Design, Property or Real Estate services.

· Strong analytical. Problem-solving abilities.

· Clear writing. The ability to create compelling content.

· Creative mindset with an results-driven attitude.

· Ability to collaborate with sales teams and understand lead generation needs.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a similar field.

1 To 4 years of hands-on experience in marketing.

Prior experience, in the Interior Design, Property, Real Estate, Construction or related industries is preferred.
