JOB BRIEF

The Sales Executive (Property Consultant) is responsible for converting qualified leads provided by the Pre-Sales team into property bookings by understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable projects, conducting site visits, assisting customers in comparing available options, supporting negotiations, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to registration.

Unlike traditional brokers, Ayush Realtors Sales Executives act as trusted property consultants who help customers make informed decisions by comparing multiple recent residential projects across the Vasai–Virar region.

The primary objective of this role is to maximize customer satisfaction while achieving monthly booking targets.

We are looking for consultants,



not pushy salespeople. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers make the right property decision and believes that trust creates long-term success.

Note: Top performers will be considered for Senior Sales Consultant, Team Leader, or Sales Manager roles within 12–24 months.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

1. Customer Consultation & Requirement Analysis

3. Sales Conversion & Booking Achievement

4. Customer Relationship & Post-Booking Support

EDUCATION

a. Minimum Education :- 12th Pass

b. Technical Education :- Computer Literacy

EXPERIENCE

a. Minimum Experience :- 1 Year in Real Estate Sales

b. Preferred Experience :- 2-3 Years in Real Estate Sales
