Position Overview:

We are looking for a result-oriented Equity Dealer (Sales + Dealing) with strong knowledge of equity markets, derivatives, client acquisition, and stock broking operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both sales and dealing, with a proven ability to generate brokerage revenue, acquire new clients, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive recent client acquisition and generate business through equity and derivatives trading services.
- Execute buy and sell orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with client instructions and company procedures.
- Identify potential clients and develop business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Achieve assigned targets for brokerage revenue, client acquisition, and trading volumes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to improve engagement, trading activity, and retention.
- Provide clients with relevant market updates, trading insights, and product information within the scope of applicable regulations.
- Educate clients on equity markets, derivatives products, trading platforms, and transaction processes.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase revenue and expand the client portfolio.




- Monitor market movements and communicate relevant information to clients in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI regulations, exchange guidelines, KYC requirements, and internal trading policies.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in equity dealing, stock broking, or financial services sales.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in both client acquisition (sales) and equity/derivatives dealing.
- Strong understanding of equity markets, derivatives products, trading operations, and brokerage business.
- NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives Certification is mandatory.
- Maximum age limit: 45 years.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, client relationship management, and business development skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and generate brokerage revenue.
- Candidates based in or having relevant market experience in the North region will be preferred.
