Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic Associate Agency Development Manager to join our Agency Sales team. The role involves quality agent recruitment, agent development, and achieving business targets while ensuring customer-centric practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and develop agents through multiple sourcing channels.
- Conduct career seminars and referral activities to build agent pipeline.
- Drive agent activation, productivity, and persistency as per business plan.
- Provide product training, field demonstrations, and skill development support.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.




- Act as a brand ambassador by fostering customer loyalty and addressing queries effectively.

Hiring Specifications

- Sales background with minimum 2 years’ experience (at least 6 months in last role).
- Age: 23–38 years.
- Currently employed in BFSI/structured company.
- Not more than 2 job changes in one year.
- Must have been in the city for at least 1 year.
- Minimum Graduate in any field.
