World Ways Immigration is looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-oriented Visa Counsellor / Immigration Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients regarding overseas job opportunities, work visas, study visas, and immigration processes for countries such as New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and European countries.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, client-handling abilities, and knowledge of visa documentation and immigration procedures.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel clients regarding overseas job opportunities, work permits, work visas, study visas, and immigration services.
- Explain visa eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, application procedures, and processing steps.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with potential clients, and generate leads.
- Convert prospective leads into clients through effective counselling and qualified communication.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Collect, verify, and organize client documents required for visa applications.
- Explain service charges, visa fees, terms and conditions, and the overall process transparently.
- Maintain accurate client records, lead details, and follow-up reports in the CRM or company database.
- Coordinate with the documentation team and visa processing department to ensure smooth case handling.
- Achieve monthly counselling, follow-up, and client-conversion targets.
- Provide professional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Stay updated on relevant visa requirements and immigration policy changes.
