Base Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Job Location: Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh

Department: Sales – Field Work

Employment Type: Full Time | 100% Field Work

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Experience: 2–4 Years in Relevant Sales

Team Handling: Team handling experience preferred

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

• Monitor daily team performance and field activities.

• Assign and follow up on sales activities with team members.

• Develop new customers and business opportunities.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and doctors.

• Visit hospitals, healthcare institutions, dealers and other relevant customers.

• Promote and sell company products.

• Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

• Prepare and maintain sales and performance reports.

• Identify new market opportunities and support business growth.

• Follow up with customers and generate new business leads.

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

• Medical / Healthcare

• Surgical Products

• Pharmaceutical

• Medical Representative (MR)

• Hospital Furniture

• Healthcare-related Products

? Candidate Profile

We are looking for energetic, target-oriented and responsible sales professionals who are comfortable with field sales, customer visits and regular travel.

Candidates should have:

• Good communication skills

• Strong customer-handling ability

• Sales & Business Development experience

• Target-oriented approach

• Team Management / Team Handling experience preferred

• Willingness to travel across Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh
