Job Description – Luxury Furniture & Interior Design Consultant

Experience: 3–4 years | Interior Design / Luxury Retail preferred

- Client Management: Welcome and assist walk-in customers, understanding their requirements and design preferences.
- Architect & Designer Relations: Build and maintain solid relationships with architects, interior designers, and design professionals.
- Product Presentation: Present our exclusive range of luxury furniture, soft furnishings, and bespoke interior solutions.
- Design & Customisation: Explain materials, finishes, fabrics, colours, and customisation possibilities to help clients bring their vision to life.
- Sales & Conversion: Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospective clients into confirmed sales.
- Client Coordination: Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth execution of customised orders.
- Showroom Experience: Maintain a premium showroom experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to timeless design, craftsmanship, and personalised service.
