Job Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding suitable courses based on their career goals.
- Handle inbound leads received through Justdial, social media, website enquiries, referrals and other marketing channels.
- Make outbound follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with prospective students.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certification, career opportunities and training methodology.
- Conduct telephonic, online and face-to-face counselling sessions.
- Follow up consistently with interested leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up records in CRM/MIS.
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding batches, schedules and student requirements.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build a positive relationship with students before and after enrolment.
- Participate in seminars, workshops,



webinars and promotional activities organised by WAE Academy.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, energetic and comfortable speaking with students and parents.
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of technology and IT courses is preferred.
- Previous experience in education counselling, EdTech, admissions, telesales or inside sales will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales ability may also apply.

Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in admission counselling / education sales / telesales.
