About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Barista to join our café team in Kompally. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, customer service, and café operations, with a willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages as per recipes and standards.

* Handle coffee machines, grinders, and basic bar equipment.

* Prepare cold beverages, smoothies, and other café beverages.

* Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.

* Follow daily opening, closing, cleaning, and hygiene procedures.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

* Assist with stock checking and beverage inventory.

* Provide professional and friendly customer service.

* Follow café SOPs, food-safety standards, and operational procedures.





* Support the senior barista and café team during busy service periods.

Requirements

* 0–2 years of experience as a Barista or in café operations.

* Basic knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation preferred.

* Valuable communication and customer-service skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.

* Freshers with relevant barista training may also apply.
