Perform soldering and desoldering of electronic components, wires, connectors, and PCB assemblies.
Handle manual soldering, wire soldering, and component replacement as per work instructions.
Inspect solder joints for proper connection, strength, and quality.
Identify and rectify soldering defects such as dry joints, solder bridges, insufficient solder, and loose connections.
Use soldering irons, hot-air stations, flux, solder wire, and other rework tools safely.
Perform PCB rework and repair as required.
Use basic testing equipment such as multimeter to check continuity and electrical connections.
Follow ESD precautions while handling electronic components and PCBs.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S, SOP, quality, and safety standards.
Record defects and coordinate with Quality and Production teams for issue resolution.
