* Understand customers’ property requirements and suggest suitable properties.

* Handle client calls, follow-ups and property inquiries.

* Arrange property site visits and coordinate with customers.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client records.

## 2. Job Profile: Sales Manager

*Experience:* Experienced Candidates Preferred

* Lead, manage and motivate the sales team.

* Develop strategies to generate property sales and new business.

* Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets.

* Manage key clients, negotiations and deal closures.

* Train team members on lead management and client handling.

* Track daily sales activities, follow-ups and team performance.

* Build strong relationships with customers and business partners.

*Required Skills:*

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Experience in sales team management preferred.

* Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

* Ability to manage targets and team performance.
