Skytop Builders Pvt. Ltd., a Bangalore- and Mysore-based real-estate developer, is hiring a local Mysuru advocate to handle the land and conveyancing work for our 136.5-acre golf-village project and a 31-acre plotted layout near Ilavala, Mysuru.

This is a core land & real-estate legal role — not litigation, not corporate. You will be our on-ground legal hand for everything title, revenue and registration in Mysuru.

What you’ll do:

- Conduct title due diligence — trace flow of title, mother deeds, verify ownership and extent
- Draft and vet sale deeds, agreements to sell, GPA, and related documents
- Handle registration and sub-registrar work end to end
- Manage revenue records — RTC, khata, mutation, durasth (record rectification), phodi/tippani
- Process DC conversion (agricultural → NA) for the layout parcels




- Obtain encumbrance certificates, certified copies, and follow up at taluk/revenue offices
- Coordinate with our Bangalore counsel on strategy matters, and keep clean documentation

What we’re looking for:

- 5–10 years in land and real-estate law, practising in Mysuru
- Solid on conveyancing, title, registration and Karnataka revenue records
- Enrolled with the Karnataka Bar
- Fluent in Kannada (essential for revenue/registration offices) and English
- Own vehicle; comfortable with regular sub-registrar and taluk-office visits
- Reliable, well-organised, and able to own the Mysuru legal workflow single-handedly
