? *Experience:* Similar experience in real estate channel partner sales (Bike & English required)

? *Salary:* 45k to 50k max

? *Time:* 10:45am to 8pm, Monday or Tuesday, only 1 week off

• Real estate channel partner sales & property pitching

• Good English communication & convincing skills

• Local market knowledge (Central Mumbai line)

• Client relationship management & lead conversion

• Two-wheeler driving (Bike required)

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Pitch residential and commercial properties to prospective homebuyers and investors

• Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs across Mulund, Chembur, and Vikhroli

• Coordinate with channel partners and clients to understand requirements and close deals

• Follow up on warm leads, negotiate pricing, and achieve assigned sales targets
