Key Responsibilities

 Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all stock levels using registers or software.

 Material Handling: Supervise the loading/unloading of goods and ensure materials are stored safely to prevent damage.

 Inward/Outward Documentation: Verify delivery challans, gate passes, and invoices against physical stock received or dispatched.

 Stock Audits: Conduct regular physical stock verification (monthly/weekly) to ensure zero discrepancy.

 Coordination: Work closely with the production and procurement teams to trigger re-order levels and avoid stock-outs.

 Housekeeping: Ensure the "5S" or general cleanliness and systematic arrangement of the store area.
