Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to assist customers, promote products, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service in the retail store.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and understand their needs.
- Explain product features, perks, and prices.
- Recommend suitable products to customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
- Manage billing and coordinate with the cashier, if required.
- Monitor stock availability and inform the manager about low stock.
- Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales.
- Maintain sales records and daily reports.

Job Requirements:





- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing skills.
- Presentable, confident, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally.
