Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and monitoring Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works in high-rise residential/commercial projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and drainage works.
- Coordinate MEP installations with civil, structural, and architectural teams.
- Review shop drawings, builders’ work drawings, and MEP coordination drawings.
- Monitor sleeves, openings, conduits, embedded services, and shaft coordination before concreting.
- Ensure installation quality and compliance with approved specifications and standards.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and snag rectification.
- Monitor contractor progress,



manpower, materials, and site activities.
- Resolve site issues and maintain daily progress and inspection reports.
- Ensure safety compliance and timely completion of MEP works.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in high-rise building construction.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, site coordination, drawings, and quality control.
- Experience with Mivan construction and high-rise MEP coordination preferred.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
