Job DescriptionWe are looking for candidates with good English communication skills and an interest in customer calling to join our US Taxation team.

Candidates with experience in Telecalling, BPO, International BPO, Real Estate Calling, International Voice Process, Customer Support, Sales Calling, Lead Generation, or any other calling process are encouraged to apply.

US Taxation experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
- Communicate confidently and professionally in English.
- Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn can also apply.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow company procedures and maintain proper customer records.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Coordinate with the team whenever support is required.
- Should have good listening, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn US Taxation are significant.
- Should be comfortable working in a US night shift.
