About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries and provide support primarily through WhatsApp chat. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp chat and provide timely responses.
- Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the packing, dispatch, and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and delivery-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and complaints.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures while handling customers.




- Ensure all customer queries are addressed promptly and professionally.

Requirements

- Valuable written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp Web.
- Ability to communicate politely and handle customer complaints patiently.
- Positive typing speed and attention to detail.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000, depending on the candidate's resume, skills, and interview performance.

Fixed working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
