Key responsibilities:
- Sell gym memberships and achieve sales targets.
- Recommend suitable packages and upsell longer memberships.
- Follow up on enquiries, gym visits, and membership renewals.
- Explain facilities, prices, offers, and membership policies clearly.
- Assist members with queries and coordinate with trainers.
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.
- Keep the counter organised and provide a welcoming experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication, convincing, and closing skills.
- A friendly, skilled, and proactive attitude.
- Comfort with calling, WhatsApp follow-ups, and basic computer work.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
