As a Video Editor, you should be able to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audiences
Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements:
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- Proven work experience as a video editor
- Proven graphic designing experience
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages ( Premier Pro, After Affects, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Min 2 years of Video Editing Experience
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a robust portfolio
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- Plus points for experience in Character animation experience, Video Production experience Photography/Videography experience
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
