Role Description The Video Editor Staff role at CAREERBLOC is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi with a salary up to 35k, depending on experience and skills. The team member will be responsible for editing raw video footage into polished, engaging content for various platforms, including social media, marketing campaigns, and internal projects. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and trimming clips, adding transitions, sound, and basic effects, performing color correction and grading, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual outputs.

The Video Editor

Staff will collaborate closely with content creators, marketers, and designers to understand project requirements,



suggest creative ideas, and deliver videos within defined timelines. The role also involves maintaining an organized media library and staying updated on video trends and best practices to improve content quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle end-to-end creation of video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and maintain a consistent look and feel across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create visually appealing titles, lower thirds, and simple animations.
- Proficiency with common video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work under deadlines in a collaborative, in office environment are required.
- Relevant education or certification in film, media, design, or a related field, along with a portfolio or showreel showcasing previous video work, will be an advantage.
