Role Description The Video Editor role at Rodez Web Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the Video Editor will edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for marketing campaigns, social media, product demos, and brand storytelling. The responsibilities include applying color grading, integrating motion graphics, and ensuring audio and visual elements are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Editor will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and development teams to understand project requirements, maintain consistent quality, and deliver videos within defined timelines. Daily tasks also include organizing media assets, managing project files,



and staying current with visual trends and editing techniques to enhance overall content quality.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience turning raw footage into compelling, cohesive content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and high-quality aesthetics across projects.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics for intros, transitions, lower thirds, and other visual enhancements.
- Graphics skills for designing or adapting visual elements that complement video narratives and brand identity.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion/graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to follow brand guidelines and project briefs.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; a portfolio of prior work is required.
