- Oijo is looking for a video editor. We are looking to hire a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our team.
- As a video editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded film and video footage, applying artistic editing techniques and creating finished projects that accurately reflect the vision of the creative director.

- We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with a range of storytelling formats as well as diverse source material, and has the requisite skills and sensibilities to deliver for both broadcast, as well as digitally native formats and social media.





Duties and Responsibilities
- Determine production vision on basis of the brief.
- Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list.
- Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
- Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
- Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.
- Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
- Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.
- Consulting with the creative director and content team throughout the project.
- Creating the final cut for broadcasting/publishing.
