Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in Connaught Place.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end video production, including assembling raw footage, editing sequences, adding sound, and optimizing content for various digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include color grading, creating motion graphics, integrating visual elements,



and ensuring that videos align with Fitspire’s brand guidelines and wellness-focused messaging. The role involves collaborating with marketing and creative teams, following briefs, meeting deadlines, and continuously improving video quality and storytelling to engage diverse audiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills.
- Candidates should possess competencies in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and consistency.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual content.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or equivalent).
- Understanding of social media and digital content formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
