Read We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor (Fresher) who is passionate about video editing, visual storytelling, and creating engaging visual content . The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, attention to detail, and the ability to understand a message or concept and communicate it effectively through video.

You will work closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to create different types of video content, including product videos, explainer videos, promotional videos, social media content, brand videos, customer stories, walkthroughs, and other marketing videos .

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build strong hands-on experience in end-to-end video production and storytelling while working on content for B2B SaaS, Healthcare SaaS, and technology products .

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing Production Primary Responsibility

- Edit different types of videos including product videos, explainer videos, promotional videos, social media videos, brand videos, customer stories, walkthroughs, and marketing content .
- Transform raw footage, screen recordings, product demos, voiceovers, graphics, and other assets into polished and engaging videos.
- Apply strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, typography, music, sound effects, and visual elements to create compelling videos.
- Work on both short-form and long-form video content depending on the project requirements.
- Understand the objective and audience of each video and structure the edit accordingly.
- Assist in taking videos from concept and raw assets to editing, revisions, and final delivery .
- Maintain consistency in visual style, branding, quality, and messaging across all video content.
- Work with the marketing and content teams to understand requirements and deliver videos within timelines.

Storytelling Creative Development

- Understand how to communicate an idea, product, feature,



or message through video.
- Develop and execute creative approaches based on the objective of each video.
- Create engaging narratives through visuals, pacing, music, typography, motion, and editing techniques .
- Convert complex information into simple and easy-to-understand visual content.
- Suggest creative ideas, visual treatments, transitions, and editing styles.
- Experiment with different video formats, storytelling techniques, and creative trends.

Motion Graphics Visual Elements

- Create and incorporate basic motion graphics, text animations, transitions, visual effects, and animations .
- Work with screen recordings, product demonstrations, illustrations, graphics, and other visual assets.
- Maintain consistency in typography, layouts, animations, and brand elements.
- Develop an understanding of how motion and visual effects can enhance storytelling without distracting from the message.

Content Marketing Support

- Create video content for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, presentations, and other digital channels .
- Work with the content team to convert written or long-form content into engaging video formats.
- Repurpose existing content such as blogs, webinars, case studies, product content, and recordings into video assets.
- Stay updated with video content trends, editing techniques, and emerging creative formats.

Collaboration Delivery

- Work closely with marketing, content, design, and other internal teams to understand video requirements.
- Take feedback positively and incorporate revisions effectively.
- Manage multiple video projects while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Maintain organised project files, footage, assets, and final deliverables.
- Ensure videos are exported in the appropriate formats and specifications for their intended platforms.

What Were Looking For





- 01 year of experience in Video Editing / Video Content Creation. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest and passion for video editing and visual storytelling .
- Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut , or equivalent.
- Good understanding of video editing, pacing, composition, transitions, typography, music, and sound design .
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation .
- Robust creative and visual sense with attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and translate an idea or message into an engaging video.
- Willingness to learn new editing techniques, AI-based creative tools, and emerging video technologies.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, take feedback, and meet deadlines.

- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating video editing and storytelling skills.
