Role Description The Vice Principal will support the Head of School in overseeing academic programs, school operations, and staff management in an on-site, full-time role based in Ghaziabad. Daily responsibilities include supervising teaching and learning processes, monitoring curriculum implementation, and ensuring adherence to C.B.S.E. guidelines and school policies. The role involves mentoring and guiding faculty members, conducting classroom observations, and coordinating professional development initiatives.

Additional duties include managing examinations and assessments, leading school events and assemblies, and contributing to strategic planning for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust educational leadership and school administration skills, including experience in supervising teachers and managing academic programs.
- Candidates should possess curriculum planning, assessment, and C.B.S.E. compliance skills to maintain high academic standards from Pre-Primary to XII.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families.
- Candidates should possess student-centered guidance skills, including mentoring, discipline management, and the ability to foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate events, schedules, and school initiatives efficiently.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Master’s degree in Education or a related field, along with formal teacher training, are highly beneficial.
